Savory/sweet with a little spice 
Horacio and Hugo returned to Puebla Mexico where they had heard that the Archbishop was visiting for lunch.  “How fortuitous” thought the two monks and they met with Friar Fray Pascual. Pascual welcomed his friends nervously.  The stewed chicken was almost complete, however was missing flavor.  In an attempt to save the meal Pascual added dried peppers for flavor only to make it too spicy to eat.  The monks came to the rescue by adding their chocolate to take away some of the spiciness and mole was created.
